We are seeking a high-calibre Technical Lead with active SC clearance to spearhead a business-critical delivery programme. This is a punchy, hands-on leadership role where you will drive technical excellence across a modern Java (8-17+) and AWS ecosystem, ensuring high-standard delivery for mission-critical government services. The Role • Lead and mentor a high-performing squad of developers, providing expert guidance on technical decision-making and architectural best practices. • Drive the delivery of robust, scalable applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and modern React frontends. • Architect and manage cloud-native solutions within an AWS environment, ensuring high availability and performance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps while maintaining strict delivery standards. • Oversee data persistence strategies using MySQL and ensure seamless integration across the tech stack.
