Role description
Job Description The Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead is a key member of the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). This role designs and delivers advanced AI automation solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, sets technical best practices, and mentors the development team. The Technical Lead partners with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to evaluate feasibility, guide solution design, and oversee successful delivery of complex projects. Duties & Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and deliver scalable Agentforce automation solutions (e.g., Case Classification, Next Best Action, AI Agent deployment). β€’ Establish and document technical frameworks, integration patterns, and architectural best practices. β€’ Collaborate with Product Owners to assess feasibility and complexity of automation opportunities. β€’ Serve as the technical escalation point, resolving complex Salesforce issues. β€’ Guide implementation of supporting infrastructure (cloud functions, APIs, identity, storage). β€’ Mentor developers, conduct design/code reviews, and create documentation for reuse. β€’ Contribute to proofs of concept, reusable components, and advanced development work. β€’ Participate in tool/platform evaluations and roadmap planning. β€’ Promote documentation, knowledge sharing, and reusable solution libraries. Qualifications β€’ 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Einstein for Service/Agentforce. β€’ 7+ years as a Salesforce Developer or Admin. β€’ Expertise in Salesforce AI architecture, automation, and integration with Apex/Flows. β€’ Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS preferred), APIs, and serverless architecture. β€’ Experience with Salesforce DevOps and Agile delivery. β€’ Proven mentorship, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred β€’ Experience with platform governance, reusable components, and CoE initiatives. β€’ Familiarity with B2B Order-to-Cash processes. β€’ Exposure to RPA (UiPath), IDP (Hyperscience), or API/EDI tools. β€’ Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or C#. Education β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
