Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team. As a Technical Lead, you will be part of the development department supporting the product team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Seattle, Washington Pay Range What's the Job? • Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Development, and other IT teams to deliver high-quality applications. • Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. • Coach and mentor team members, facilitating knowledge sharing and cross-training. • Initiate process improvements for new and existing systems to enhance efficiency. • Work closely with Operations and Platform teams for release management and cloud migration. What's Needed? • 7+ years of IT development experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch. • Experience with data streaming and functional programming using Kafka or similar technologies. • Proficiency in NoSQL and RDBMS databases. • Familiarity with cloud application development, preferably on Azure.
