Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of engineers by shaping technical roadmaps, mentoring individuals, and supporting career development. • Provide hands-on guidance on architecture, code quality, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and AWS infrastructure. • Define and drive platform-level technical strategy across web and mobile stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, GraphQL). • Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Implement high-quality, user-centric features in a modern JavaScript ecosystem. • Promote engineering best practices: performance tuning, code reviews, testing, maintainability, and system scalability. • Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues and oversee incident response and resolution. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform team direction and innovation. • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
