Role description
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead a team of engineers by shaping technical roadmaps, mentoring individuals, and supporting career development.
β’ Provide hands-on guidance on architecture, code quality, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and AWS infrastructure.
β’ Define and drive platform-level technical strategy across web and mobile stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, GraphQL).
β’ Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
β’ Implement high-quality, user-centric features in a modern JavaScript ecosystem.
β’ Promote engineering best practices: performance tuning, code reviews, testing, maintainability, and system scalability.
β’ Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues and oversee incident response and resolution.
β’ Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform team direction and innovation.
β’ Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
