Qualifications:
Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Technical Product Analyst to lead product development through deep requirement analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile execution. This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting the full product lifecycle from ideation, design & development, interface specification to production support and continuous improvement.

1. Product Technical Roadmap, System Design, Delivery
1. Testing & Validation, Support & Maintenance, Documentation, Coordination

1. Proficient in API, Data Integrations, databases, software development, and business processes
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business/System Analyst.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing enterprise software solutions in close collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading API design and development.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing system integrations.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong ability to participate in System Design and Development with Engineering teams
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with software development practices and lifecycle.
Experience in a product company or startup (preferred).
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Understanding of integration methods (API, batch) and interface design.
Responsibilities
β’ Manage each projectβs scope and timeline
β’ Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
β’ Coach team members in Agile frameworks
β’ Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
β’ Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
β’ Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
β’ Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
β’ Help teams implement changes effectively
β’ Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
β’ Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
β’ Help build a productive environment where team members βownβ the product and enjoy working on it
β’ Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products
β’ Collaborate with Digital Business partners and Vendors to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
β’ Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement
β’ Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
β’ Work in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
β’ Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
β’ Partner with Business to develop, own, and execute product roadmap.
β’ Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
β’ Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
β’ Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
β’ Define and execute go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful
β’ Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
