This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations, driving growth and efficiency through data-driven insights, technical tooling, and automation You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to improve product outcomes, streamline workflows, and scale operational processes This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems using data, and actively leverages AI tools to accelerate execution β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Drive execution of programs across multiple products, from early-stage (0β†’1) initiatives to scaled operations β€’ Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets β€’ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making β€’ Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity β€’ Identify risks proactively and develop data-backed mitigation strategies β€’ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, track progress, and deliver outcomes Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution rigor Must-Have Qualifications: β€’ 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, strategy & operations, or similar roles β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, data transformations) β€’ Hands-on experience using AI tools / AI-assisted workflows for productivity or automation β€’ Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions β€’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Have Skills: β€’ Experience with low-code/no-code tools or AI-assisted prototyping (β€œvibe coding”) β€’ Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure β€’ Experience designing or executing testing strategies (manual or automated) β€’ Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar β€’ Exposure to advanced analytics, AI tooling, and automation workflows β€’ Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical requirements
