Job Title: Technical Product Operations Specialist IV
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2) β Strong Potential for Extension
Weβre looking for a Technical Product Operations Specialist to support high-impact initiatives across multiple digital products and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations, driving growth and efficiency through data-driven insights, technical tooling, and automation
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to improve product outcomes, streamline workflows, and scale operational processes

β’ Responsibilities:
β’ Drive execution of programs across multiple products, from early-stage (0β1) initiatives to scaled operations
β’ Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
β’ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
β’ Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity
β’ Identify risks proactively and develop data-backed mitigation strategies
β’ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, track progress, and deliver outcomes
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution rigor
Must-Have Qualifications:
β’ 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, strategy & operations, or similar roles
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, data transformations)
β’ Hands-on experience using AI tools / AI-assisted workflows for productivity or automation
β’ Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
β’ Experience with low-code/no-code tools or AI-assisted prototyping (βvibe codingβ)
β’ Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure
β’ Experience designing or executing testing strategies (manual or automated)
β’ Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
β’ Exposure to advanced analytics, AI tooling, and automation workflows
β’ Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical requirements
