Technical Product Owner

Location: Chicago, IL (Downtown) – Hybrid (3 days onsite Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri, 9am-5pm) Contract Duration: 6 months Start Date: ASAP What You’ll Do • Collaborate with stakeholders to document technical specifications for system integrations involving APIs, web services, SSO, and metadata. • Support the Implementation Services team in managing customer relationships and ensuring successful transitions to strategic platforms within project timelines. • Apply knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage requirements and drive timely solution delivery. • Utilize basic SQL and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and platform optimization. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences to align teams and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 1-3 years in a technical product owner, business analyst, or related role with a focus on system integrations (APIs, web services, SSO, metadata). • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, APIs, databases, system architecture, web technologies, mobile platforms, and cloud services. • Data Skills: Basic SQL proficiency and strong analytical abilities to derive actionable insights. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate technical documentation and manage stakeholder expectations. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
