Role description
HireArt is helping our client find a Technical Sourcer to play a key part in shaping the recruitment process by defining precise job requirements that align with the needs of each position. In this role, you will leverage a wide array of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media recruiting, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, leaving no stone unturned in the search for top talent. As a Technical Sourcer, you will:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly define job requirements, essential skills, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source potential candidates using diverse strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, talent databases, talent mapping, and other creative sourcing channels.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates for a range of roles.
Initiate contact with potential candidates and cultivate relationships to evaluate their interest and suitability for current openings.
Screen candidates to determine their qualifications, alignment with company culture, and career goals.
Manage and regularly update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay informed about industry trends, sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices.
Support employer branding efforts to attract top-tier talent.
Provide consistent updates and reports on sourcing metrics and overall pipeline health.
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience sourcing and delivering on highly technical roles in AI and machine learning (perception, planning and behavior)
Experience with PhD University Recruiting
Experience creating and implementing creative outreach programs to attract top-tier candidates
Lever and Google Suite experience is highly desired
