Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Technology Reporting Analyst on a long-term contract basis. Enterprise Technology (ET) – ET supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. ET will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience. Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting and client data, and our information management systems. The opportunity The US Central Depot is at the core of the provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware for all end users in the United States. The Depot Reporting Analyst will have a key role in ensuring that . Your key responsibilities • Help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports • High level of cross departmental communication with the HR, IT, and AP • Coordinate with vendors and warehouse regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability • Assists with the coordination of provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware for new hires, and scheduling end of life hardware replacements Additional responsibilities • Assist with vendor relationship management To qualify for the role you must have • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. • Excellent customer service attitude. • Ability to work effectively with all levels of end users and IT personnel. • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities. • Ability to analyze data while maintaining a strategic vision for overall process improvement. • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools. Ideally, you’ll also have Experience working in ServiceNow or similar platforms as well as knowledge of the IT asset management lifecycle will be beneficial, but not required. The WOC role will be supervised remotely and potentially across time zones, using telephone, email and instant messaging. As such the role requires the advanced discipline of self-direction and autonomy as needed in a remote working or work from home arrangement. The role may also require the periodic allocation of additional time on the job to ensure multiple demands and escalating issues are managed in a timely manner to restore services.
