Role description
Responsibilities β€’ Identify business opportunities, conceptualize solutions, and present them as business cases to senior stakeholders for approval and execution. β€’ Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements, ensuring alignment across teams and preventing costly misinterpretations. β€’ Analyze business needs within the Mobile and Telecom space, translating them into actionable technical and functional requirements. β€’ Prepare accurate, detailed documentation tailored to project type, stakeholder expectations, and organizational standards. β€’ Facilitate approvals of requirements and ensure common understanding among all stakeholders to minimize risks and optimize project outcomes. β€’ Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and eliminate non-value-adding steps, creating lean and agile processes. β€’ Identify pain points in client business operations and recommend solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Drive process improvement and re-engineering initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and quality methodologies to reduce costs, shorten cycle times, and enhance productivity. β€’ Collaborate across departments to incubate innovative solutions and adopt emerging technologies for existing and new business opportunities. β€’ Provide thought leadership in creating strategic roadmaps for field service optimization and long-term business transformation. Key Skills & Experience β€’ Strong background in Telecom / Mobile Application Development. β€’ Extensive knowledge of Telecom OSS domain and Mobility solutions. β€’ Hands-on experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) Services and ITSM tools. β€’ Proven expertise in Business Process Re-Engineering and Process Transformation Consulting. β€’ Experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, and Open-source customization. β€’ Knowledge of AWS Cloud, AI/ML, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). β€’ Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring, team building, and platform engineering. β€’ Ability to provide thought leadership and influence at senior levels.
