Terraform Development with Kafka Location – Chandler AZ Duration - 12 months-18 months Interviews 1st round panel Webex/Teams 2-4 people tech screening 2nd round in-person onsite, continuation of first round Location: Chandler AZ Rate Range: $89.73/hour to $90/hour on W2 . The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. • Terraform Hands on Development • Basic Understanding of Kafka • Worked in and understanding of Agile environment • AI CoPilot/Prompting skills • AWS/Azure experience 7+ years of experience True Hands On Developer experience with Terraform- NOT AS A USER, need Developer FinServ experience- directly relatable • Hands-on experience with Kafka and managed streaming services (AWS MSK, Azure Event Hubs, Kinesis) • Strong Terraform (IaC) for public cloud • Python Ansible for automation • Ansible Playbooks / Tower • Basic Linux / UNIX scripting • Cloud security fundamentals (IAM, certificates) • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) • Manage Large scale deployment for enterprise (internal and external cloud) • Python/Ansible • Monitoring software like Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc. • Agile Development We are seeking a Cloud Automation Security Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to support public cloud initiatives using AWS and Azure managed streaming services such as MSK, Azure Event Hubs, and Kinesis Data Streams. The role focuses on building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions using Terraform and Python/Ansible, enabling secure, compliant, and repeatable cloud deployments. The individual will work closely with application, engineering, security, and operations teams to capture requirements, design cloud solutions, and support end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities include developing automation, supporting cloud integrations, creating testing frameworks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to Bank enterprise standards, including IT Asset Management (ITAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), MRF, and GIS Security Baseline Compliance. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver secure, risk-based cloud solutions aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
