Must Have Qualifications:
β’ Solid 5+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis, Microsoft office suite -proficient with excel, and be able to aggregate data.
β’ Must have prior enterprise risk experience, experience writing in a professional capacity (for example summarizing incidents, dashboards, etc.) , strong multi-tasking, and time management etiquette.
Job Description:
β’ 5+ years of experience in risk management or third-party risk management preferably within financial services.
β’ Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and SharePoint
β’ Strong analytical and communication skills
β’ Work alongside the Governance Advisor to drive the execution of the Enterprise Operationally Critical Third Parties (EOCTP) and Enterprise Vulnerability Incident Management (VIM) Programs
β’ Ensure divisions comply with internal guidance for managing risk associated with critical third parties and responding to crises involving third parties
β’ Project manages a data management platform that supports EOCTP and VIM programs
β’ Launch and review assessments to identify potential risks, such as operational, financial, legal/compliance, reputational, and lifecycle risks
β’ Synthesize complex data into detailed and succinct reporting to share insights that inform leadership decision making
β’ Develop the monthly and quarterly third-party metrics dashboard and Vulnerability Incident Management tracker
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor s degree in arts/ sciences (BA/BS) in Risk Management, Business Administration, Treasury, Data Analytics, Project Management, Finance, Information Security, or related field
β’ Interest in third party risk management
β’ 5 + years of experience in risk management or third-party risk management preferably within financial services
β’ Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
β’ Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
β’ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret and analyze raw data to inform decision-making and strategic planning
β’ Experience in third party risk assessment, identification, remediation, and monitoring
β’ Knowledge of information security/cybersecurity incident management
β’ Experience with third party risk management frameworks, standards, and methodologies
β’ Advanced Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills
