Education & Experience Required:
• Years of experience: 10 years (combination of OT or IT and cyber security)
• Associates Degree
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of combined professional experience in OT/IT and cybersecurity.
• Proven hands-on experience managing vulnerabilities for Operational Technology (OT) assets and devices.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as ServiceNow and Nozomi Vantage (or similar passive monitoring solutions).
• Strong experience with data visualization and dashboard creation in Power BI and ServiceNOW.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and engineer processes outside of a specific toolset.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, specifically in vulnerability management.
• Experience working in Azure DevOps and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent ability to document and present technical information clearly to non-technical decision-makers.
Required Soft Skills:
• Exceptional organizational, task, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
