Role description
Job Title: Triage Operations Specialist Location: Palo Alto, CA, United States (Remote) Assignment Length: 6 month contract Pay Rate: $30–35/hr on W2 Job Description We are hiring a Triage Operations Specialist to help develop cutting-edge automated driving solutions. In this role, your primary duties will be to dig into on-road test issues that the autonomous driving system could not adequately handle and work with development teams to address the identified root causes. You will also help in the development of tools and scripts to automate aspects of the testing, investigating, and reporting aspects of the job. Responsibilities • Work closely with both the Field Operations and core engineering teams. • Analyze complex streams of information (e.g., logs, video files, sensor data) to triage and identify issues detected during autonomous vehicle drives. • Interface with core engineering teams to communicate and discuss issues to gain an understanding of the overall autonomous driving platform. • Use 3rd-party and proprietary tools as part of the triage process. • Provide scripting support to help automate the triage process. • Create and continuously monitor expert level bug reports for use with our in-house AI triage tool. • Help maintain dashboards and data filters (e.g., Jira, SQL) used to gather interesting test scenarios. • Work closely with a team of other Triage Operations Specialists. • Help maintain documentation of the triaging process and the self-driving system. • Some travel may be required.
