Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tridion Developer with strong experience in enterprise-level content management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SDL Tridion (now RWS Tridion), content delivery architecture, and web technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable CMS solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop web solutions using SDL Tridion Sites / RWS Tridion
• Create and manage Schemas, Templates, Components, and Pages
• Develop and maintain DXA (Digital Experience Accelerator) based implementations
• Customize and extend Tridion using Core Service APIs and TOM.NET API
• Work on Content Delivery (CD) and Content Management (CM) environments
• Implement publishing workflows, event systems, and automation
• Integrate Tridion with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders
• Follow best practices in security, scalability, and performance tuning
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–8+ years of experience in SDL Tridion / RWS Tridion development
• Strong knowledge of DXA framework
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• Experience with Core Service, TOM.NET API, and Event System
• Understanding of Content Delivery architecture (CD/CM)
• Experience with SQL Server and database design
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
