Job Description:
Summary:
· We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team.
· The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in TypeScript, Node.js for REST API development, and React for frontend development, Java Spring Boot experience is nice to have.
· This role involves designing and coding high-quality software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving dependencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
· Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
· Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using TypeScript, Node.js, Angular/React, and AWS serverless technologies.
· Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend integration.
· Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular or React.
· AWS Serverless Stack: Utilize AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other serverless services to build and deploy applications.
· Data: Lead design and optimization of scalable, high-performance data solutions leveraging Amazon Aurora Postgres
· Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality code.
· Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
· Identify and resolve technical dependencies and blockers to ensure smooth project progress.
Must Haves:
Technical Skills:
· Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js for REST API development.
· Experience with React for frontend development,
· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Experience with AWS cloud-native development, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDb, Aurora Postgres
Soft Skills:
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Nice to Haves:
· Experience deploying AWS infrastructure with Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
