Job Summary (UC4 Engineer / Database Administrator)
• Support complex Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) projects as a UC4/Automic Application Engineer.
• Administer and maintain UC4/Automic Operational Manager in Linux and Windows environments.
• Perform UC4/Automic upgrades, integrations with Oracle and SQL databases.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using JCL, PowerShell, Perl, Java, and Bash (preferred).
• Utilize enterprise scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys.
• Administer RedHat-based Linux systems, including patch management and disaster recovery solutions.
• Conduct incident triage, root cause analysis, and provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Develop monitoring and reporting solutions for batch jobs and document scheduling policies and procedures.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with project management and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in quarterly onsite meetings in Clemson, SC (up to 25% travel, self-funded).
• Maintain high integrity and proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field (Master’s and UC4 certification preferred).
