Upstream Drilling & Completions Data Analyst

We put the unity in "opportunity" Opportunity Snapshot: • Compensation: $70.00/hour • Work Location: Spring, TX • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ • Assignment Duration: Long term, 12 months + • Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, PTO and Holidays Qualifications: • Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Spotfire for building dashboards, reports and visualizations • Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating datasets • Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide clear, actionable insights • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface both engineering and operations stakeholders • Experience with Databricks and working knowledge of Python a plus • Experience with Upstream Drilling & Completions datasets a plus Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power Bi and Spotfire to support operational and performance insights • Import, cleanse, validate, and transform datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Analyze trends, correlations, and performance drivers to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives • Present data in charts, graphs, or tables using visualization tools. • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to understand data needs and translate business questions into analytical solutions • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
