You will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our AWS cloud infrastructure. This role will involve designing and implementing security controls, managing cloud security posture, performing security assessments, and responding to incidents involving AWS environments. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage AWS-native security services such as IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Macie, and Config. • Monitor and maintain the organization’s cloud security posture using CSPM tools (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Orca). • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications. • Define and enforce AWS IAM policies and roles to ensure least privilege access. • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits across AWS environments. • Automate cloud security operations using tools such as Lambda, AWS Config Rules, or Terraform. • Investigate and respond to security incidents and support forensics activities as needed. • Stay current on emerging AWS security features and industry threats to provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
