What You'll Do
As our Senior UA Consultant, youβll work alongside product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure our analytics platform delivers real value to UA teams. Youβll:
β’ Walk us through your daily UA workflows, decisions, and challenges so we can turn them into powerful features
β’ Audit UA data models, dashboards, and KPIs for clarity, consistency, and strategic value
β’ Map key benchmarks by genre, platform, region, and game lifecycle
β’ Design frameworks to evaluate payback, LTV, creative performance, and cohort health
β’ Collaborate with CFOs and finance teams on ROI goals, cash flow planning, and forecasting
β’ Advise engineers and data scientists on event taxonomies, cohort logic, and SQL needs
β’ Deliver insights in crisp, executive-level presentations and iterate based on feedback
What We're Looking For
β’ 5+ years managing multimillion-dollar UA budgets for top-grossing mobile games
β’ Deep knowledge of MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode
β’ Experience working closely with finance teams on budget allocation and payback modeling
β’ Ability to turn raw data into actionable business insights and visualizations
β’ Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional, remote-first teams
Bonus Points For
β’ Mentorship experience or creating training materials for UA analysts
β’ Experience with subscription-based or hybrid monetization games
