Our client, a leader in user experience management, is seeking a User Experience Monitoring Onboarding Engineer to join their team. As a User Experience Monitoring Onboarding Engineer, you will be part of the technology department supporting various application teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a self-starter attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: User Experience Monitoring Onboarding Engineer Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite) Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? • Onboard applications to Glassbox and other user experience management tools. • Utilize JavaScript and Chrome developer tools to capture user experience effectively. • Collaborate with internal application teams and engineering to deliver complex solutions. • Implement innovative technology solutions using Python and other scripting languages. • Provide strong debugging and analytical support in a secure, multi-data center environment. What's Needed? • Experience onboarding applications to user experience monitoring tools, especially Glassbox. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with Chrome developer tools. • Familiarity with other monitoring tools such as Tealeaf or similar real-user experience monitoring tools. • Experience in scripting languages such as Shell Script, Python, or Perl. • Hands-on experience with deployment tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
