Role description
JustinBradleyβs client, a multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking a UX Design Lead. The UX Design Lead is an expert player-coach who sets a clear, strategic design vision while remaining hands-on in research, design execution, and delivery. This role partners closely with business, product, and technical leaders to shape platform strategy, inform transformation plans, and identify opportunities for meaningful user and business impact. Youβll lead design efforts across multiple workstreams, balancing big-picture thinking with rapid, high-quality, production-ready output in an agile environment.
Must be near Burbank, CA for their 3 day onsite requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Set the strategic direction for the platform, aligning it with business goals and product strategies across multiple workstreams
β’ Lead the evolution of the platform to an integrated system with advanced predictive analytics and user experience orchestration
β’ Identify, prioritize, plan, and execute iterative design research (generative, evaluative) to inform product backlog and UX design decisions
β’ Ideate, define, and deliver detailed designs for user stories, including informing user story acceptance criteria and product prioritization
β’ Lead POD design team in creating, contributing to and maintaining the design system and other design ops resources
β’ Work closely with product owner, data science team, and POD & Platform developers to ensure the product designs are implemented effectively
β’ Facilitate technical discussions with other designers across PODs to ensure consistency and best-in-class practices balanced with efficiency and a delivery-oriented mindset
β’ Champion design and research best practices within the POD and beyond
β’ Act as the primary voice of the user and UX expert in sprint demos and interactions with stakeholders and leadership
β’ Ensure compliance with accessibility and UX standards

Must Have Skills / Requirements:

β’ Deep UX design expertise with strong Figma proficiency
β’ Portfolio required
β’ Experience designing enterprise-scale products
β’ Background in software design and development
β’ Industry experience in Finance, Media, or Entertainment
β’ Data visualization experience
β’ Rapid prototyping expertise
