Varicent Developer

This remote role offers the chance to enhance and support incentive compensation systems, engaging in hands-on development and problem-solving to optimize business processes. Responsibilities • Develop and support incentive compensation systems utilizing Varicent ICM. • Optimize processes using Varicent modules like Composer and Portal Access. • Manage data integration processes and ensure seamless workflow operations. • Create comprehensive documentation, including requirement and technical specifications. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions in compensation processes. • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical colleagues. • Support sales compensation business processes to align with client-centric goals. • Lead project management initiatives, ensuring excellence in delivery and risk management. Skills • Proven experience in designing and maintaining Incentive Compensation Management models. • Strong proficiency with Varicent ICM modules and SQL query skills. • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and architectural roadmaps. • Effective communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills • Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python or Java. • Experience with web technologies and design, including JavaScript and HTML5/CSS3. • Knowledge of ETL concepts and large volume data handling. • Familiarity with BI/Reporting Tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Experience with other Incentive Compensation tools such as Xactly or Callidus.
