We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the product portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pharmaceutical sales, marketing access, and commercial operations. We are seeking a highly experienced Pharma Commercial Domain Expert to join our Life Sciences team, with a focus on enabling internal and external stakeholders through strategic domain leadership, training, and solution contextualization.
This role is pivotal in driving Veeva CRM capability-building, supporting client solutioning, and aligning project delivery with pharmaceutical commercial best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide delivery execution, support pre-sales activities, contribute to proposal and solution accelerator development, and deliver structured training programs to scale internal expertise.
Skills / Experience
β’ 10 Years of experience in Pharma commercial roles (within industry, consulting, or IT services)
β’ 8 Years of experience in Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Agile, JIRA
β’ Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira
β’ Exposure to Veeva Vault (PromoMats / MedComms); Experience with Salesforce platform and integrations
β’ Familiarity with Digital experience platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools used in medical and commercial contexts
β’ Strong proficiency in tools such as Aha, JIRA, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
β’ Awareness of AI/ML applications in commercial analytics; Understanding of market access strategies and KOL engagement
β’ Collaborative mindset; comfortable working across delivery, product, and sales functions
β’ Ability to distill complex industry concepts into digestible insights for technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Self-driven, organized, and adaptive in a fast-paced environment; Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking
β’ Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Communication approach: verbal, emails, and instant messages
β’ Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently; Provides regular updates, proactive, and due diligence to carry out responsibilities
