Titles- Β·IAM Virtual Directory Engineer Β·Identity Integration Engineer Β·IAM Directory Services Engineer Duration- 9 Months Pay- $50-60 Hybrid Location: USA-NC-CHARLOTTE-1525 W W T Harris Blvd-141278 JOB DESCRIPTION The Virtual Directory Eng will be primarily responsible for interacting with our internal customers. In this role, the Engineer will work in the Agile Team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions. Solutions will include caching or proxying data from identity silos. Role will also include responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc. Other responsibilities include monitoring alerts and responding accordingly, updating and validating existing documentation, and ad hoc work as appropriate. Top Skill: RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory Technology (Must Have) β€’ Responding to ongoing customer requests – must be curious and can work with internal customers to drive requirements and turn into scalable solutions. β€’ Supporting RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory β€’ Participating in DC migration efforts β€’ Handling new customer intake, should be self sufficient Understanding of LDAP concepts and IAM as a whole β€’ Experience with SQL Database (views/joins/lookups) and ETL concepts β€’ Familiarity with virtual directory products like Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, PING, PING Federate, or similar products β€’ Experience in Agile environments β€’ Great customer interaction skills are very important because they’ll be helping intake customer requests β€’ Basic understanding of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC is helpful but not critical β€’ Familiarity with SIEM tools is a plus but not needed for the role – mainly because it could help you understand how data is aggregated into a single view.
