Virtual Directory Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Virtual Directory Engineer to join their team. As a Virtual Directory Engineer, you will be part of the Information Security Engineering department supporting client projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Virtual Directory Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? • Implement and enhance virtual directory solutions, including caching or proxying data from identity silos. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions. • Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system alerts to ensure optimal performance. • Support RadiantLogic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, and participate in data center migration efforts. • Update and validate documentation related to virtual directory configurations and processes. What's Needed? • 4+ years of experience with RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory Technology or similar products. • Understanding of LDAP concepts, IAM, and experience with SQL databases, views, joins, and ETL concepts. • Familiarity with Agile environments and customer interaction skills. • Experience with supporting virtual directory products like Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, PING, or PING Federate. • Basic knowledge of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC and familiarity with SIEM tools is a plus.
