S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.” Job Title: Virtual Directory Engineer (RadiantOne) Contract Length: 9+ Months Some On Site Work Location: CHARLOTTE, NC 28262 Pay: 45-55 an hr on W2 Job Description The Virtual Directory Engineer will primarily interact with internal customers to support and enhance virtual directory solutions. In this role, the engineer will work within an Agile team to implement and improve virtual directory technologies that cache or proxy data from identity silos. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries through email, ServiceNow incidents, phone calls, instant messaging, and troubleshooting meetings. The role also involves monitoring alerts, responding appropriately, maintaining and validating documentation, and performing additional ad hoc tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Implement and enhance virtual directory solutions within an Agile team environment. Cache or proxy identity data from multiple identity silos. Respond to internal customer requests and translate requirements into scalable solutions. Support RadiantLogic Virtual Directory Server (VDS) and Oracle Unified Directory environments. Participate in data center migration efforts. Handle new customer intake and work independently to address requests. Monitor system alerts and respond accordingly. Troubleshoot issues and participate in troubleshooting meetings. Respond to ServiceNow incidents, emails, calls, and instant messages from internal customers. Update and validate existing documentation. Perform ad hoc support and engineering tasks as required. Required Skills RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory Technology (must have) Understanding of LDAP concepts and Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience with SQL databases (views, joins, lookups) and ETL concepts Familiarity with virtual directory products such as Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, Ping, or PingFederate Experience working in Agile environments Strong customer interaction and communication skills Preferred Skills Basic understanding of PBAC, RBAC, or ABAC Familiarity with SIEM tools and data aggregation concepts Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28216
