Role description
RESPONSIBILITIES: OpenKyber has a client that is seeking a Associate Full Stack Engineer in Rocklin, CA onsite 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday, and Friday WFH) for a 6-month contract to start with rolling extensions-long term potential. Duties: - Partner with Product Managers in designing and defining new features - Learn from & support a team of full stack and backend engineers - Write code that is of high quality, be a champion of coding standards - Influence the technical direction of the engineering team - Participate in all planning, stand-up and retrospective meetings REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related - 1-3 years of large-scale ecommerce systems experience - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React - Basic understanding of back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C# - An understanding of UI performance and accessibility best practices - Enthusiasm for constant improvement as a Software Engineer - Ability to communicate clearly and motivate team members - Being passionate about Ecommerce and retail is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
