Job Title: Vulnerability Response Program LeadLocation: Atlanta, GA / Raleigh, NC / Charlotte, NC – Preferred | Remote (No MST/PST)Duration: 6+ monthsEmployment Type: Contract – Full-Time Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Response Program Lead to implement and manage ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. This role focuses on process design, automation, controls, and dashboarding to drive effective vulnerability management across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths within ServiceNow Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units Identify and implement automation opportunities (ticket enrichment, auto-assignment, closure validation) Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and workflow accuracy Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams Track and report key metrics (time to remediate, SLA compliance, vulnerability aging) Develop training materials and run enablement sessions Drive adoption through communication and change management Must-Have Skills / Experience: Background in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and integrations (Tenable, Qualys) Experience with automation and dashboarding in ServiceNow Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous experience in leading large-scale vulnerability response programs Familiarity with ITIL processes or risk management frameworks Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
