W2 Contract - Data Engineer with SCOPE/COSMOS

Please find additional details about the role below: Role: Senior Data Engineer Location: Remote (But candidate have to be work in PST time zone) Duration: W2 Contract Responsibilities: • Work with partners, product managers and developers to develop & review designs and business requirement • Create new and improved techniques and/or solutions for data collection, management, and usage • Apply statistical concepts and techniques to analyze product quality, experiments and user behavior • Support internal team requests for data, work with teams to analyze data and bring value to help the organization take decisions • Present findings and recommendations to key decision makers at various management levels • Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to non-technical audiences • Present the insights you find in a concise and effective manner • Collaborate with partners and drive analytic projects end to end Preferred Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills with great verbal and written communication. • Working experience with SCOPE/COSMOS. • Experience in PowerBI and other similar dashboard platforms. • Proficient in R, Python and Ruby or similar programming languages. • Working knowledge of TSQL or other similar RDMS languages. • Understanding of ETL principles used in developing sustainable, compliant, and auditable data pipelines. • Comfortable leveraging tools such as Excel, Jupyter notebook, RStudio, or similar, to quickly generate high-quality reports. • Experience with GIT and version control best practices. • Project management, collaboration and organizational skills. • Proven track record where data analysis or reporting has influenced product development and strategy.
