Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: Remote Position Type: Contract position Responsibilities: Job Description: We are seeking a mid-level IT Software Business Analyst with expertise in .NET technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Rest API software development support. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, strong communicator, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a remote work environment. This role requires a self-driven individual with advanced technical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively while adhering to strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams. Technical Support & Development: • Provide support for .NET technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Rest API development and Power BI reports and data visualizations. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications. Data Analysis & Reporting: • Utilize SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server Database Platforms to create and manage reports. • Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Microsoft Reporting Services Development Environment. Agile Development & Collaboration: • Work within agile development frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of projects. • Utilize source control management tools to maintain code integrity. Project Management: • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. • Ensure technical requirements are met and align with business objectives. Team Collaboration: • Work effectively with remote technology team members using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence. • Foster a positive and professional team environment, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: • Advanced experience with SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Database Platforms, and Microsoft Reporting Services Development Environment. • Familiarity with .NET technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Rest API development. Agile Development: • Experience with agile methodologies and source control management tools. Collaboration Tools: • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other software collaboration systems. Communication & Teamwork: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
