Role description
WalkMe Solution Engineer Contract to Hire 100% Remote Overview: Design, build, and optimize Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions that improve user engagement, system adoption, and process efficiency for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings both platform expertise and consulting acumen. Responsibilities: β€’ Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable WalkMe solutions. β€’ Design, build, and deploy WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and Resources. β€’ Integrate WalkMe with target enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.). β€’ Conduct QA, UAT, and performance tuning to ensure optimal user experience. β€’ Provide ongoing analytics, reporting, and recommendations for DAP improvement. β€’ Partner with UX, change management, and product teams to align WalkMe solutions with business goals. Required Skills and Experience: β€’ 2–4+ years’ experience with WalkMe with Builder I and II certifications. β€’ Demonstrated success deploying and maintaining enterprise WalkMe environments. β€’ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing content. β€’ Strong analytical mindset and experience with WalkMe Insights. β€’ Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Preferred: β€’ Experience in digital transformation or SaaS consulting environments. β€’ Exposure to multiple business systems (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.).
