This role is responsible for collecting and interpreting web behavioral data, building impactful dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights that shape digital strategy and customer experience. As a key contributor to our analytics organization, you'll act as a subject matter expert and collaborate across teams to implement tracking, define KPIs, and optimize web experiences. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement web analytics strategies to track user behavior across digital platforms. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align data insights with business initiatives. • Define and measure KPIs aligned with organizational goals. • Recommend strategies based on analysis to improve customer experience and business outcomes. • Manage tag management systems and analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics). • Mentor junior analysts and help standardize analytics processes and best practices. • Support the buildout of analytics infrastructure and participate in DevOps practices for the data team. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience in an analyst role with a focus on web analytics. • Advanced expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Snowplow. • Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio). • Experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Signal. • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders. • Eligible to work in the U.S.; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. • Willingness to travel up to 10% and pass a 10-year background check. Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years in analytics or technology roles. • Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification. • Experience with web application design, UX concepts, and advanced statistical modeling. • Programming experience in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript. • Prior experience architecting big data solutions using cloud platforms.
