β’ We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Web Analytics Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Lincolnshire, IL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:

β’ Pay: $65-$71/hr to start
Duration: 2-month initial assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid model β 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborated with business stakeholders to develop web analytics strategies focused on customer behavior, traffic acquisition, website performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
β’ Managed a team of tagging engineers (functional/project-based) to ensure accurate eCommerce tagging for data collection and analysis
β’ Defined and maintained a clear product vision and roadmap for web analytics, while staying up to date on tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorβs degree a plus
β’ 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics conducting quantitative web analysis; certification preferred
β’ 1+ years in a leadership or team management role driving digital analytics solutions
β’ Proficient in Google Analytics, Rockerbox, and A/B testing methodologies
β’ Strong knowledge of site tagging, tracking pixels, eVars, props, and Customer Journey Analytics
β’ Experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
