• Support critical reporting for organizational and executive levels, focusing on marketing's impact on demand.
• Assist in creating and managing data tables for various applications.
• Monitor and report on performance across the M&C ecosystem using data visualization and communication tools.
• Conduct analyses by integrating and transforming data sources to provide clear insights.
• Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and Marketing teams to manage the Business Intelligence ecosystem.
• Work with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure a unified Marketing Analytics approach.
• Promote a hybrid "Service/Self-Service" analytics model by educating peers and building scalable solutions.
• Manage workspaces, data refreshes, and improve data processing efficiency through automation.
• Enhance taxonomy, processes, and technical infrastructure for enterprise-wide data initiatives.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in a Marketing Analytics role.
• Knowledge of marketing data types, including web/mobile analytics, advertising analytics, and phone tracking tools.
• Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Databricks, and/or dbt is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret data within a business context.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize complex information.
• An intrapreneurial mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
