Job Title: Web Analytics Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX ( Remote )
Key Responsibilities:
Own reporting, analytics, and performance tracking for Equinix.com across all regions (site is localized in 9 languages).
Analyze site data to improve user journeys, landing page performance, and funnel conversions.
Identify high-impact growth opportunities using personalization and experimentation frameworks.
Work closely with cross-functional partners across Web, Paid Media, Demand Ops, and Brand Strategy to drive measurable change.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to ideation and execution of experiments that drive pipeline growth.
Stay ahead of trends and performance metrics, continuously digging into βwhyβ things workβor donβt.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in data-centric roles (excluding internships), focused on B2B marketing and lead generation.
Deep knowledge of web analytics, user behavior tracking, and conversion rate optimization.
Proven ability to lead the implementation of web analytics frameworks across full marketing funnels.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL, Tableau, and Adobe Target.
Strong communication skills β able to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Results-oriented mindset β you donβt stop at recommendations; you follow through to implementation and impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a cross-functional web or digital marketing team.
Prior ownership of analytics platforms and experimentation tools.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking tough questions, and pushing boundaries to unlock growth.
