With iconic names under its umbrella—spanning fashion, accessories, and lifestyle—this organization thrives on innovation and individuality. As part of the Site Optimization team, you’ll help power the growth of beloved global brands by delivering data-driven insights that elevate the online shopping experience.
About the Role
The Site Optimization team drives experimentation and performance across multiple digital properties, supporting eCommerce, brand marketing, and product teams. The A/B Testing & Site Optimization Analyst will play a key role in expanding this growing capability by analyzing A/B tests, surfacing insights, and supporting the conversion rate optimization roadmap.

You’ll work closely with partners across analytics, customer data, UX, and marketing to evaluate test performance and influence digital experience decisions for a portfolio of globally recognized brands.
This is a contract position and fully remote. The targeted rate for this role is $40hr.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, providing actionable insights to improve site performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Analytics, eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Data) to design and measure test strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and dashboards to support testing initiatives and ongoing site optimization efforts.
• Translate large, complex data sets into clear, concise reporting for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Assist in building a testing culture within the organization by identifying optimization opportunities and developing pre-test analyses.
• Support the development of custom data tables and visualizations using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, BigQuery, and other platforms.
• Contribute to the creation of standardized test documentation and knowledge-sharing across brand teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in digital analytics or optimization, preferably in an eCommerce-driven environment
• Strong SQL proficiency is required; familiarity with R or Python is a plus
• Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Snowflake, BigQuery, Amperity, etc.)
• Understanding of site testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Monetate, etc.) is preferred but not required
• Ability to apply statistical principles to business testing (e.g., confidence intervals, significance testing)
• Skilled in building data visualizations and dashboards for business audiences
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a test-and-learn mindset
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing area of digital within a globally admired fashion organization. If you’re passionate about using data to optimize user experiences and drive results across high-impact brands, we’d love to hear from you.
