Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Activiti BPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Activiti, along with hands-on experience in Camunda 7, IBM BPM, and integration of BPM platforms with enterprise systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying business process solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy business workflows using Activiti BPM and Camunda 7.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical process models (BPMN).
• Support and enhance existing BPM applications, including those built on IBM BPM.
• Develop and maintain APIs and connectors for integrating BPM systems with enterprise applications.
• Customize and extend BPM engines using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in BPM processes and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of professional experience in BPM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Activiti BPM.
• Proficiency with Camunda 7 (process modelling, execution, scripting, and task management).
• Working knowledge of IBM BPM (Business Automation Workflow or previous versions).
• Experience integrating BPM solutions with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, message brokers (e.g., JMS, Kafka), and databases.
• Solid programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards and modeling best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
