Role description
Position: Data Engineer (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote, California Residents Only
Pay Rate: $40.34/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Mapping identified source data to new cloud structures.
• Re-engineering 20,000 lines of existing SAS transformation logic into Power Query Online (M language). This is the core effort of the project.
• Replace related legacy diver and month end processing SAS code.
• Integrating data from the new Enablon system once available, ensuring a smooth transition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excel Proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas, spreadsheet, etc.,)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft data ecosystem (Power Query/M, Power BI Dataflows, cloud storage concepts).
• SAS
• Should be based in California.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Python AND SQL experience.
