Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Overview: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics to join our Digital Experience and Engagement department. This role will focus on delivering behavioral usage tracking and meaningful insights to guide data-driven decision-making within our member web experience product team. You’ll play a key role in formulating KPIs, delivering dashboards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to validate data and demonstrate the value of product enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: β€’ 10+ years in behavioral/digital analytics with strong Adobe Analytics or CJA focus β€’ 5+ years of mobile app analytics experience β€’ Expert in data analysis and visualization β€’ Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics β€’ Ability to build custom projects in Adobe CJA β€’ Skilled in creating data stories without traditional sales data β€’ Strong attention to detail and data QA β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, or related field β€’ Adobe CJA Business Practitioner Certification β€’ Healthcare industry experience β€’ Familiarity with UX design principles and tools (Figma, Miro) β€’ Experience working in Agile environments Top 3 Must-Have Skills (Ranked): 1. Data Analysis & Visualization – Expert Level 1. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Analytics / Adobe CJA datasets 1. Storytelling and Attention to Detail Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design and deliver analytics solutions that track user behavior and product performance across web and mobile platforms. β€’ Translate business questions into technical specifications and clear data requirements. β€’ Develop dashboards that align with business OKRs and provide visibility into web product usage and impact. β€’ Validate data integrity and dashboard accuracy, ensuring consistent standards across tracking initiatives. β€’ Partner with UX, Product, Marketing, Web Development, and Platform Configuration teams to align analytics with business goals. β€’ Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-informed decisions. β€’ Support ad hoc reporting needs and maintain strong collaboration with health plan/business stakeholders. Typical Day in the Role: β€’ Participate in daily Agile stand-ups with one of six rotating development teams. β€’ Attend design reviews to align tracking needs with upcoming product features. β€’ Meet weekly with the Analytics Launch Developer for coordination. β€’ Join bi-weekly analytics team syncs to align on tracking strategy and standards. β€’ Facilitate stakeholder conversations to ensure accurate scope and expectations.
