Advanced Analytics Consultant - Director Level

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking an Advanced Analytics Consultant - Director Level in Chicago, IL. Duties include: • Apply analytical and critical thinking to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop performance improvement solutions • Communicate effectively with clients to understand challenges, craft tailored solutions, and manage expectations • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to executive stakeholders Requirements • Proven background in healthcare provider consulting and data analytics • Familiarity with enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and healthcare IT systems (Epic, Cerner) • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, finance, and policy • Expertise in data integration, AI, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) • Ability to synthesize complex data sets and interpret trends for actionable recommendations • Professional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. • Collaborative mindset with adaptability to client-specific methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
