Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist specializing in Agentic AI and Language Graphs to design and build autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and decision-making. The role focuses on leveraging graph-based NLP, knowledge graphs, and advanced AI models to create scalable, intelligent systems for enterprise applications.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
β’ Proven experience in Agentic AI systems or autonomous AI agents
β’ Strong expertise in Language Graphs, Knowledge Graphs, or Semantic Graph Modeling
β’ Hands-on experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and advanced graph algorithms
β’ Proficiency with graph databases and frameworks:
β’ Neo4j, DGL, PyTorch Geometric
β’ Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP):
β’ Transformers, large language models (LLMs), embeddings
β’ Hands-on experience with PySpark
β’ Advanced Python programming skills with AI/ML libraries
β’ Experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and large-scale datasets
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, onsite environment
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and optimize Agentic AI models enabling autonomous, goal-driven behavior
β’ Build and maintain language graph structures representing semantic knowledge, relationships, and context
β’ Apply GNNs, knowledge graph embeddings, and NLP techniques to improve agent reasoning and comprehension
β’ Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering on large, heterogeneous datasets
β’ Experiment with reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and multi-agent coordination
β’ Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
β’ Develop evaluation metrics and frameworks to measure performance, robustness, and accuracy of AI agents
β’ Document architectures, methodologies, and research findings for reproducibility and knowledge sharing
β’ Stay current with latest research and best practices in Agentic AI, graph-based NLP, and AI systems
