Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop autonomous AI agents using agentic AI frameworks and LLMs.
Implement prompt engineering strategies to guide and control AI agent actions.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, APIs, and workflows.
Monitor and optimize agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
Ensure agents operate ethically, securely, and in compliance with policies.
Document architectures, workflows, and optimization techniques for scalability.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Apex for AI agent development.
Strong knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and prompt engineering techniques.
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, Agentforce).
Understanding of API integration and automation workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex AI behaviors.
Ability to design multi-agent systems and collaborative AI workflows.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
3+ years in AI development, machine learning, or automation engineering.
Experience building autonomous agents or AI-powered automation tools.
Understanding of data governance, security, and ethical AI principles.
Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or AI-related cloud platforms are a plus.
