Mandatory:
• Strong business problem-solving experience with ability to identify and solve new business challenges.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience measuring success using KPIs, ROI, performance improvements, or business impact.
• Proven ability to present outcomes and solutions to Executive / C-Level stakeholders.
• Experience scaling successful solutions across teams or organizations (Land & Expand approach).
• Strong customer success and relationship management experience.
• Balance of technical expertise and business strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive teams.
• Experience engineering solutions aligned with business goals.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, data management, modern BI platforms, and analytics ecosystems.
Must-Have Skills:
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): BigQuery, BigLake, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Looker
• Data Lakehouse Architecture (batch, streaming, real-time)
• AI / ML Architecture & MLOps (CI/CD, feature stores, model registry, monitoring)
• Generative AI & Agentic AI
• Vertex AI Agent Builder
• Conversational AI / Conversational Analytics
• AI governance, lineage, hallucination & error-loop handling
Technical Stack:
