Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce AI agents tailored to business use cases.
Implement prompt engineering, LLM integration, and AI model tuning for optimal agent performance.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds, APIs, and external systems.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define AI agent workflows.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI agent behaviors.
Maintain code quality, security compliance, and data governance standards.
Stay up to date with AI agentic technologies and suggest improvements to enhance functionality.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and multi-cloud environments.
Experience with prompt engineering and integrating LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude).
Understanding of Agentforce capabilities and AI agent lifecycle management.
Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and compliance standards.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated agent workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, API integrations).
Knowledge of Agentforce or other AI agent frameworks.
Experience with prompt engineering and integrating LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude).
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration patterns.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or AI Specialist are preferred.
