AI Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to architect scalable machine learning models and AI systems. This role involves evaluating and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), defining optimal architectures, and establishing prompting frameworks. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to future Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect AI/ML solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Evaluate, select, and fine-tune appropriate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, or open-source models) for specific use cases. Define AI solution architectures, data pipelines, and integration points with enterprise systems. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to design and deploy scalable ML models. Develop prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies for improved model performance. Ensure optimal use of AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Kendra, Aurora, S3, and MongoDB. Oversee the deployment of AI solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security. Research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in Gen AI and Agentic AI. Provide technical leadership and best practices for AI governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Data Science and Architectural design. 3+ years of proven experience as an AI Architect designing and implementing AI/ML systems. Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services (at least Kendra or SageMaker required). Proficiency with databases such as Aurora and MongoDB. Experience integrating LLMs and applying prompt engineering techniques. Knowledge of cloud-native AI architectures, APIs, and data processing workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical teams.
