Job Title: AI Data Engineer / Consultant Client: Orlando Based / Travel / Leisure Industry Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite for 6+ months, potential hybrid/remote after) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 or 12-month conversion option) Overview Our client is building a next-generation AI-driven guest itinerary platform that leverages the clients’ vast customer data to create fully personalized vacation experiences. The goal is to transform how guests book timeshares — not only reserving their stay but also seamlessly recommending restaurants, activities, and excursions tailored to their preferences. To achieve this vision, the client is forming a high-impact 10-person AI pod team. As an AI Data Engineer / Consultant, you will play a key role in architecting and delivering the data infrastructure that powers these intelligent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support AI/ML applications. • Integrate and prepare structured/unstructured client data for personalization engines. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deploy AI models that drive itinerary recommendations. • Work across the full lifecycle — from vision and strategy to execution and delivery. • Fill technical and operational gaps to ensure team success. • Communicate effectively across multiple “modes of conversation” — from sensitive discussions to direct, action-oriented feedback. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. • 1–5 years of experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, or AI/ML systems. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Experience handling large-scale customer datasets. • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments. #Dice
