About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer (Contract) with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio to lead the development of intelligent, conversational AI solutions.
This role will focus on building and optimizing copilots that integrate with enterprise systems to drive automation and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Integrate copilots with enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, custom APIs).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and automation opportunities.
Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows.
Monitor and optimize performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
Stay current with Microsoft's AI roadmap and best practices.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Dataverse.
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and adaptive cards.
Familiarity with Conversational AI, NLU, and responsible AI principles.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Microsoft certifications (PL-200, AI-102) are a plus.
