Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team that leverages AI and data science to transform the end-to-end customer experience. You will work across structured and unstructured data to build models that enhance product interactions, streamline support escalations, and capture the voice of the customer. As a full-stack AI Scientist, you will own the process from defining business problems to designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions in production.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives such as developing LLM-powered models, automating insights generation, and creating intelligent AI agents that improve both internal workflows and customer-facing outcomes. This role offers the chance to innovate with cutting-edge AI technologies while delivering measurable business impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML and GenAI solutions for customer success and support use cases.
• Build NLP pipelines to analyze unstructured data (e.g., chat transcripts, surveys) and generate actionable insights.
• Design and execute causal inference models, A/B testing, and statistical experiments to measure impact.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, and RAG-enabled conversational AI tools.
• Automate insights generation and create metrics frameworks for evaluating AI-native experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI/ML systems.
• Maintain production-ready AI solutions using AWS with CI/CD best practices.
Required Experience/Skills
• Minimum 3–4 years of post-Master’s experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in advanced statistics, causal modeling, and experimentation.
• Proven experience deploying models in AWS cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions with measurable outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI applications.
• Familiarity with building AI agents for customer support and internal workflows.
• Exposure to customer success or customer support analytics.
• Background in automating insights generation processes.
Education
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field required.
