What You’ll Do You will be the AI brain behind Fract’s Territory Intelligence Engine. This includes: Designing and building AI models that support customer targeting, predictive scoring, and territory optimization. Engineering location intelligence algorithms using data from the U.S. Census, CRM datasets, foot traffic APIs, and competitive locators. Collaborating with the product team to bring explainable AI into the customer experience. Working on GPT-powered tools that help users interact with the platform conversationally. Exploring automated mapping, smart recommendations, and market trend forecasting. Who You Are Experience with machine learning (classification, clustering, NLP, LLMs). Familiarity with geospatial data, location-based analytics, or demographic segmentation is a huge plus. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenAI/LLMs, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
